Karyn Trader-Leigh, is the Director of CoachCraft and co-owner of KTA Global Partners a Human Capital Consulting and Capacity Building firm.  She is experienced in working with leaders to promote collaborative, transformational, high performance environments. Karyn is certified as a coach and licensed as a coach trainer by the ICC-International Coaching Community in London.  She is passionate about the development of human potential.  Karyn has consulted in Eastern Europe, lectured and studied in China, presented in Britain, Bahrain, UAE, Turkey, The Czech Republic, lived and worked in a war torn environments in West Africa.  Her clients have included NASA, The Army Research Laboratory, United Nations, The World Bank, IBM, Save the Children, and The Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies, The University of North Carolina, Idaho State University and others. She lives with her husband and business partner, Major General Fred Leigh, (Ret.) in Manassas, Virginia, USA.

Karina Pitini is Director and cofounder of HCC Uruguay - Human Capital Consulting, organization dedicated to Human Capital consulting, Coaching, Business Consulting, Organizational Management, Economic-Financial and Tax Management.

She has a Psychology degree by the Universidad Católica, is trained in Cognitive and Behavioral Psychology, and is certified as Coach and International Trainer by the ICC – International Coaching Community.

Her early professional experience was in the marketing and advertising areas, and subsequently she specialized in human capital development, to which she’s currently devoted.
She focuses on the progress and strategic development of human capital, from Coaching, Counseling and Consultancy.

She leads projects and consults for national and international clients, promoting personal and organizational development.
