International Coaching Community
The ICC uses the Lambent International Certification Coaching Training. This training was awarded a European Quality Award (EQA) in 2010 by the European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC). It therefore also meets the requirements of the International Coach Federation (ICF) ACC Portfolio path. It is the only training in the world recognized by the EMCC, the ICF and the ICC.
European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)
Founded in 1992, there is an EMCC in Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Morocco, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, and United Kingdom.
We also have direct members from European countries (and from around the world) where an EMCC has not yet been established. Altogether we have 8,000+ members in 67 countries.

The International Coach Federation (ICF) is a nonprofit, US based individual
Membership organization whose members practice business and personal coaching for the purpose of building, supporting and preserving the integrity of the coaching profession through programs, standards and ethics.
The Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School Affiliate, is dedicated to enhancing the integrity and credibility of the field of coaching by advancing coaching research, education, and practice, and providing guidance to coaches and individuals in a wide range of professions.
